Skip 40 reps and 3 front squats every min for 20 mins. Except when you reach round 14, you add 5 more rep in skipping and 1 more in front squats in the last 6 rounds.
Oh my. This sounds incredibly difficult and I feel like I would have no legs left by the time I was done. 🦵
