I recently found a very nice and informative website about female ejaculation. They also explain how ladies can learn to squirt. I haven't had the chance to test it but, who knows, it might just work. Unfortunately it is in Dutch so I will summarize it for ya:

First condition is that the lady in question is very aroused, maybe has had an orgasm already and is very at her ease. Squirting can be triggered by stimulating the g-spot, so the lady's partner better concentrate on that.
