I think alternating back and forth between the 2, cold and hot, is a good thing just to keep the blood flowing...that's for a long, relaxing shower. If it's just functional then it's too short to care about temp as long as it's not scalding or freezing!

Pretty much always hot. Not a big fan of being cold. One of the many reasons I like living in Florida.
