FakeaSmile and all, I don't want anyone thinking I am trying to represent what I am not. My avatar has the help of a very good bra. 
My pictures were shown here are from when I was younger, but that said, I have some tips . Eat healthy, get lots of exercise. Ladies you won't turn into Arnold Swarthzenegger with serious exercise including free weights. I have been exercising daily since Jr. High school. As a nude model exercise was almost a occupational necessity if one wanted to last in the business and work regularly. No recreational drugs and one of the worst things for you skin elasticity is smoking. So don't smoke.
Also I must admit, I have never been pregnant. I can't physically, never could, that's all I want to say about that part of it. I have worked hard to stay as fit and youthful as I possibly can. I was blessed with good genes for looking younger than I am in reality and I have tried to build on that.
It is not easy, but I believe all of us can look good well into our senior years. And one other thing that many do not realize. We all see women than look young or a fit middle age and assume that are their ages, but in reality they may be 20 years older! I point to celebrities only because we all have access to what they look like. Look at Raquel Welch, in her 70's! Several of the "super models, Christy Brinkley, Cheryl Teigs, both in their early 60's. Bo Derek is approaching 60 and there are many more. Some of the "hotties" we see today are actually late 30's and early to mid 40's. Not all are firm fit 20 somethings.
It might surprise many, but there are plenty of us older seasoned citizeen that look pretty darn good and can keep up in the bedroom with any 20 year old and with a lot more experience.
My boobies may not be up high on my chest as they used to be, but they are no where near my navel. There is one other thing and it is sort of an optical ilusion with me. I am 4'11" and this morning I weighed 93 lbs. My boobs look a lot bigger on me than Pam Anderson's do on her and it is the overall size difference in our bodies,yet cup size is about the same if not the same. BTW, Pam's in her 40's and looking at the upper end of 40.

I guess this could be directed at both sexes... What size breasts/tits to you all enjoy the most and why? For me small to flat chest has always been a turn on, can't really say why... that's not to say I don't appriciate or enjoyed a bigger set
I prefer small as well.
Jealous.
Small has more freedom.
