Almost so well I don't trust it.

My Script continues to kick ass in the festival circuit, 11 official selections, 5x Award winner, 1 Quarter Final, 3 Semi Finals and 1 Finalist finish. Relative to this run, I was selected to participate in a writer's retreat with mentorship from writer/producers in MFing Tuscany.

And just as I was worried that I would have trouble for paying for this, I was selected deep into the casting stages for Supermarket Sweep. If things continue going as well as they are, I and a friend may win as much as $100k--so I'm planning our run like a heist movie. I'm on the third draft of the map, getting pretty close to accurate...

Didn’t realize I was writing with an almost celebrity on my own personal creative projects it’s finally starting to pick up some. I found an audio engineer for my podcast and stuff is getting mixed to be put out on the inter webs which is fucking exciting!

Me: Here are some Barbara Gordon casting notes. For Hot Tin Roof, I like a younger, more athletic Barbara, whose tits are still out of control. Just at the point where they are hindering her ability in gymnastics. Dick Greyson is the coach at GCU where she is on a scholarship.

For Running Gag, I envision an older, more mature Barbara, without the Killing Joke arc. In other words, Dummy Thicc.

Jared Leto's Joker gets a bad rap, mostly because the movies he was in were bad... but I appreciate strong choices and he did have chemistry with Margot, who is beloved as Harley, was in all the same bad movies, but survived to go on to do awesome movies.

But I think it's unfair to blame Leto for the catastrophes that were his Joker movies. There was a LOT wrong with the first Suicide Squad. Unfair to just blame him.

Yes, but investing so hard in a role that you kill yourself isn't a sustainable model for success. But you're right, nobody will ever do it better.
