Mix it up!

For me, the perfect music goes like this:

Start with something easy like Yanni or Enigma (love 'em both!)
Then work your way to the easier Power Ballads
Next you go to the heavier Power Ballads
Then you aim for headboard bangin' stuff like from White Zombie and Ozzy (stuff to sweat with)
Finally finish up with Yanni and Enigma (gotta cool down and catch your breath).

One of these days I will burn the "perfect" mix to resemble such as I've described.

I think there is nothing sexier than romantic rock with a strong instrumental sound in the background. I totally suggest that you get the Matchbox 20 Cd and listen to "Bed of Lies" and "You Won't Be Mine." Those songs always get me in the mood. Also, I know it is a song about tragedy and struggle, but Live's new "Overcome," gets in the mood everytime that I listen to it.
