I've never understood why it has become common for women to dress "slutty" on Halloween. When they wear lingerie as a costume, it seems to reinforce the idea that stockings and garter belts are slutty. That's probably why fishnets have such a negative connotation. I suppose anything can be slutty depending on how it is worn or presented, but I've always viewed stockings to be be very classy and the ultimate turn on.

I was in Cuba recently. The girls working security at the airport all wore variations on fishnet style pantyhose. I've got to add that their uniforms were short skirts and fitted shirts. I found it very hard not to stare.

I find them attractive in the sense that they catch the eye. Perhaps because they are uncommon. It may be a fashion thing. I hope they become fashionable again..

I am receiving lots of pm related to my post on my wearing stockings, some asking me why don't I encourage women here to wear them.

Well, here we go again.I am always in stockings, except surely when the weather is hot. My hubby loves to see me in them and he goes crazy when his hand feels the top of my legs at the juncture of the welt of my stockings and bare thighs. I really don't know why most women are hesitant to wear them. They are healthier than pantyhoses, as there is no nylon covering the crotch. They are fashionable and surely a woman looks much sexier in them.

completely agree. My husband convinced me years ago to only wear stockings or thigh highs and now it's all I'll wear. Wearing them makes me feel so much sexier or sluttier depending on my mood

I have a huge stocking and pantyhose foot fetish! I have found them very arousing for as long as I can remember.

I think part of it is seeing through the stockings to what is underneath. Its difficult to describe but I know it when I see it!!!
