Tattoo fetish

I think well done tattoos can be very sexy and artistic. But I haven't felt confident to use more of my body as a canvas. I don't worry about regrets in the sense that some people talk about "oh you'll regret it when you are older." I'm already older and my attitude isn't going to change, but I do worry about getting it right. There are so many possibilities and making a truly complete artistic composition is a daunting prospect.

I agree policywank, it is getting the right tattoo, completed by the right person and it works for the person. The first tattoo on a partner I saw was many years back when they were not as much a norm as they are now. She had it placed on her butt where it was only visible when panties were removed. I have appreciated good art since.

I have a few that work for me as they are discrete and usually one thing (i.e. butterfly, rose with thorn, honey dipper). I am fascinated by those that cover a whole section of the body - like shoulder and upper arm. It would be so easy to get it wrong, but the ones that are good are really good and very sexy. The first girl I ever had a same sex experience with had some lovely tattoos.
