The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Be careful! If you're not clean, and I'm talking pristine, your procedure will be canceled and you'll just have time do the prep all over again.
Yes be clean. And if you drink coffee bring some with you for after the procedure. My GF had a headache from hell. And she was not hung over from the induced sleep. She needed her dose of caffeine. I forget the other advice I got from the meds doc. But I felt great just following instructions. I gave up caffeine a while back so didn't experience that.
All in all I put mine off for near 10 years afraid of it from all the horror stories. Aside from the costs on the endo I had no problem with either.
The prep was not uncomfortable or messy. Just star the week before eating a little lighter and only light colored foods. I did a lot of cauliflower and chicken. No skins on potatoes or apples... Simple stuff. The night before prep wasn't bad either. My GF didn't like the first of the 'big' drink when she got to that stage. Kept saying she was going to make herself throw up. Convinced her that would defeat the purpose and it passed.
For me I had never been clean like that before. I felt great after eating the day after. I lost weight down to 176lbs. Below my 178 goal I never seem to keep. I was 183 in a month and now several months lazy I am back 189-191.
I wish I could make beans taste good. Eating that much fiber for lunch and minding the carb/fat quantity and still more fiber at dinner I was really healthy. Kept my weight right and lowered my BP. I could drink less wine too. But to me that is as important a food group as coffee was when I drank that.

I run to trouble every night that I come home to a house that has been left to the wills and devices of cats.

Think about it. Each day, I leave them with semi-auto rifles, ammo, two copies of TM31-210, and household cleaning supplies, powder, primers, and a touch of petroleum distillate.

Ours is a Delicate Balance on the precipice of Immediate Annihilation.

Amazingly, they wreck the place without use of any of the conveniently placed supplies. Crafty little devils! :ROFLMAO:
