So yesterday went as well as these things can. Six family members at the service but a good number of friends and villagers to make up for it. Then probably about 15 of us at the crematorium. Sadly another of life’s characters moved on and hell, she was a character!

Got some time with my grandson fixing up a bike I had been given. I haven’t been on a bike for decades so felt like a child on the driveway. I might need adult stabilisers if anyone knows who sells them lol

Happy Saturday. I knew I had a picture of a slouching fat orange cat. This is Chasey. He ran the landlady's house until Ethyl invaded and whupped him and took his cat tree. He died a couple of years ago. He was 13 maybe.


Looks like he just finished a coffee.

Good morning Wat, OM, Wonderer, and MissK. A lovely cool Saturday morning in the 50s. Today is the last day taking it easy due to cataracts. Tomorrow is back to doing the work around the house.

With one corrected eye, I take my glasses off to read. It’s so nice.
