1. An organized, concerted mustering or assemblage with clear, unified chain of command and leadership.
2. A clear intent to violently overthrow the head of state and other predominant public servants at the helm of it.
3. A vast majority of them, or a preponderance, need to be heavily armed with sufficient ordnance to overpower the armed forces and police in the capital.
