OK...I have been away for a bit....but I took pics tonight, just for.......well.............whatever....so here they are....1st pics of my new chaps.....not altered yet....I am so lil that they are waaaaaaaaay tooooooo long...but they fit otherwise...I just need to have them dcut to fit my boots...lol

Anyway...here are my 1st pics of the chaps before altering

I've thought about a helmet cam as well, but I don't want MrsJ to see how insane some of my riding buddies are. She will never let go solo again.
It's a shame you can't ride down here, it would probally put you past the break in milage, and the scenery is great too. Especially if it is above 70 if you get my drift.

I sure did ... the buds would be popping in full blossom

i really have to be careful... i was never 20/20 in both but surgery brought me to 20/20 in the right and 20/40 in the left... unfortunately... the right one is blind now... *sigh* Lack of depth perception,,, i REALLY don't pull out in front of anyone and really have to trust who i'm riding with to know that they won't either... so as not to catch me off guard....

But on a happier note.... it hit 63 today... wind.... who cares... my knees were in the breeze!!!!

It was 33 this morning when I left the house for the gym.. GOOD THING my knees were covered Supposed to get that warm here today to.. LUNCH RIDE

It was a balmy 55 here... bike was at the shop though, so it's a lunch ride for me as well.... and i'm actually hoping to get drenched.... looking forward to the first spring cleansing ride of the season!

In NW Iowa.... i actually work in Sioux City... not gonna try for it after work. the tornado warnings are starting to fly around now....

The party is once a year at a swingers club in DC, the night before Rolling Thunder. Then everyone meets a a local custum shop Sunday morning and we have a police escorted ride to the Pentagon and stage for the ride to the Vietnam Memorial. I didn't have my license last year so I couldn't ride, but we are going to do it this year.

Man, tons going on on this thread. Of course the swingers club caught my eye-love those clubs

passed a wicked accident on the way home... bet the driving rain had a lot to do with that..... *lighting a candle for well being* It's pretty much let up now... it's supposed to drop down to forty tomorrow and the wind is due to pick up.
