Depends on the situation. We tease each other all the time. She teased her mom in a funny way. Funny teasing is fun.

I am not a fan of a person that pushes a person sexually and doesn't follow through. That is mean.

I'm the oldest of a whole bunch of siblings. My next brother down from me is a real manipulative little shit. When we were kids if things weren't going his way he'd call mum and say:

"MUM! Uggg's teasing me!" She always believed him I always got in trouble. It was hardly ever true.

(For those of you from the United S of A a mum is similar to a mom but just a fraction better in every way)

Yeah, I had the same situation. My closest in age brother is disliked by most in the family, something really wrong with the guy. He and the closest sister loved saying and doing things to make it look like I was the instigator. I didn't get along with them then, I just tolerate the sister today. I haven't seen the brother in more than a decade. Works out well.

I've just been looking at paypals website trying to make heads or tails of the fees they charge and its all writen in fucking martian as far as I can tell.

Its too hard. I hate the real world

PayPal - when you send to a friend, the friend pays the fee. When you pay for services, you pay the fee. I think it's about 2% unless you sign up as a business. Not sure if it varies any outside the US but I'd not think so.
