The Interview Project-Advance Word

The whole thing is up!

THE INTERVIEW PROJECT pt 3 MEG'S STORY :D Okay, people. The whole thing is finally up! I feel as though my interviewing skills were much better by this third section. It was much funnier than the others too. Anyway, now's where I need to know what you think. Lots of readers but zero feedbaack except on this board! I know it's different from my usual output and I certainly haven't given up on the more traditional stories. In fact, I'm doing a sequel to my most popular story, AN INTERESTING LIFE. But would you like more non-fiction? Hell, I think one girl would like me to become her personal sex biographer! She's added 2 (and a half) more guys since her interview!I've also got two more lady friends who felt left out, one of whom is gay. More interviews or should I stick to hot fiction?

MORE INTERVIES...and updates on those you have already interviews...I'm serious when I say I see this as a longer, drawn out piece. Great idea, glad I helped with it. hahaha Yes I'm taking credit for doing nothing but talking too much but ok. I have to stroke my ego somewhere. lol

Dru's Interview

My fave answer in there was to the question - B-How important is size to you? - Too funny.

Honestly, I was a little bored as I read this one. I guess the novelty wore off. :(

I appreciate the laughs though. In the first one as well. :D

Meg

This one seemed a little serious compared to the other two. I mean meg was definitely 'introspective, empathic and naturally friendly'.

Perhaps your closeness and your unwillingness to do the interview with her came into it somehow. There was a feeling I had during the whole thing that one or both of you were uncomfortable.

One question. What exactly do you do to them that they so want to go to the bathroom after they're finished? :D

Barnaby: More interviews or should I stick to hot fiction?

Hot fiction please. For some time at least.

Why do I have the feeling this thread is really about advertising.

Hey, every one promotes a bit, but this seems unusually strong in that area. Perhaps it's because the feedback is likely used to increase actual 'sales.'

Advertising?

I'm not sure what you're talking about exactly. This project was a major departure from writing fiction and it was in a less than well read category so, yeah, I wanted to draw attention to it. It was fun and I would like to do more but not if no one cared for them. So far, I've received exactly zero feedback letters, only what you kind folks have put on this board and I thank you for that. Reader numbers have not been stellar but votes are good. Still undecided on the future of the concept.

Your links--the last two, to the Intro and Dru--still don't work for me. Gewt Page Can't Be Displayed error.

Oops! Scratch that. None of the links work, mine included. Must be trouble with the site.

The Interview Project, Round Two

Well, despite some initial lukewarm reception, the general consensus seems to be that the public wants more interviews from the Project. This does not mean I'm giving up fiction. In fact, I'm behind in my self-imposed deadline for finishing what has been called one of my best stories yet by the two people who have read what I have so far. Still, last week I completed interview number four with a 20 year old young lady named Natalie. I'm transcribing it now and attempting to avoid the aforementioned problems that plagued timely posting of all three of the others. My friend Dani proposes that I update the first three en masse as life keeps happening to my girls(particularly for Meg, as you'll see when we do update!) Two other out of town ladies have consented, a call is in to a third and, wonder of wonders, my wife wants to be included with an interview also! I think I'll just post them as completed this time. Thanks to everyone for their input, their feedback and their votes. One person called the series "compelling reading" and another said it was "educational" and opened a dialogue between he and his girlfriend. It's a strange hobby and sometimes I do worry that I'm becoming a dirty old man but the girls all seem to like the talks and my wife doesn't mind so... i'll post again here when Nat's up.

Here's the Last Two--For Now

The Interview Project Part 4- Natalie The Interview Project Part 5-Liz Whew! Here's the last two for now. Early response is positive so I guess it was worth the trouble. Took me three weeks, two revisions, three submissions and a couple emails to get these finally approved! My lovely wife wants me to interview her next but I think I'll give reality a pass for awhile and stick to fantasy. It's much easier to get posted! Natalie is (or was. She's changed her mind after trying it) a wannabe lesbian, age 20. Liz is, at 28, a virgin who'd rather not be. Comments? Feedback? If anyone's interested, Interview Girl number 1, Dani, now has her picture posted on her Lit webpage and her second Lit story up, also, a hot, very real letter to a future lover. SEDUCTION

PUBLIC COMMENTS

Hey, I'm really enjoying the new Public Comments. My latest piece DEAR MOM AND DAD has already had more public comments than my entire Interview Project ever got in feedback letters. If you haven't tried the Project,or even if you have, I'm requesting that you please do so and post some public comments. In case you haven't read all of the above posts, there are 5 interviews with real, young, sexually active ladies between the ages of 19 and 28. The direct links can be found in various posts above or here's the link to my Member Page with direct links to all my stories. Thanx! I think you'll like them. BARNABY'S WRITING
