Gotta say that I don't see much hope of most of the hostages in Gaza turning up alive and free. There was no reticence in killing others at the same time rather than taking them prisoner, and the hostages are the only leverage Hamas has, and therefore not usable if they are freed.
 
When trump was President he took the pollution controls off of all waterways/creeks/streams where you could not float a boat. That would be 95% of WNC. James creek runs through my property and the person above me is polluting the hell out of it. Now there is no fish/frogs/turtles. Makes you want to vote for the Orange Retard.

from all the coverage i've seen the residents of Gaza seem totally unaware of what hamas perpetrated in Israel—the massacre, rape, beheadings, torture, burnings, hostage taking—and the ensuing carnage in the strip can only enshrine future hatred amongst them for Israelis. Neither side wins. I also wish hamas was eradicated, but the way they are buried so deeply among the population i don't see it happening without thousands more civilians being massacred and the hatred between countries hardened even further.

Well, they are either unaware of it or they think it’s OK, neither is good.
Imo opinion Gazans are cannon folder to Hamas, one of the leaders basically said that yesterday.
I’m not sure the hatred is going to get any worse, I just think because of the current world climate it’s become ok. to express their hatred.
 
On another section of the boards, we're having a discussion of what we'd do if we bought Lit. Some want to wipe the PB completely. One of my suggestions is to limit access to the PB. This forum software has the ability to set restrictions by time of membership and/or post count. Something like six months and 250 posts would kill off most, if not all of the fresh BBs. Even menbers that eventually gained access could be blocked from this one board.

If blocking is meant to be permanent, then block by IP. Though post count works to some degree.
 
IP blocking doesn't work because IPs are often dynamic. My IP changes weekly sometimes. Plus, those blocks are easy to bypass by use of proxies.

Requiring a member to be here for six months and have 250 posts would virtually eliminate the new BB and other troll alts since they never spend any time on the other parts of the site. They could sign up all the new IDs that want and they'd never even see the PB.

One should only have THREE court appeals in a whole fucking lifetime!! Or? Charge the rich an extra justice tax!! Shit! The poor can’t afford the first case and plead their innocent cases down to reduce possible jail time and definite court costs
 
There needs to come a point where if you appeal most every ruling and there can be seen that they are mostly for delays, you should not be allowed to file additional appeals.
