no matter how much good team Biden has done for the country, i have a strange feeling Haley will somehow end up in the Whitehouse: if (and it is a big IF) she swings the nomination, the non-magat anti-Bidenites will see her as a far more palatable choice than trump would have been. If she gets it, i also see her moving along the lines of maraget thatcher, which would be horrible.

I don’t think Haley would win.

The MAGAts would abandon her for various reasons.

The MAGAt “men” would abandon her out of pure misogyny, her “establishment” bona fides, and her "betrayal" of the corrupt orange traitor.

The MAGAt women would abandon her because they’re basically self loathing handmaidens, and because their MAGAt "men” screamed about Haley’s "establishment” boma fides, and her "betrayal" of the corrupt orange traitor.

The “republicans” are as terrified as Fox "news” about losing their MAGAt base, so they will back the corrupt orange traitor to the end, imho.

I would hope this time, Johnson reaches across the aisle and makes some kind of an agreement. Otherwise the minority rightwing nuts are going to cost them the next election. Not that that would be a bad thing....Carry on!!

This was all over an inmate death at the county jail. Absolutely the Sheriff can and should be criticized.

I hope the fines are high enough to really hurt.
