SRP Absence and Abandonments
I have no problem with the inclusion of this thread. However, I want new people to realize that etiquette really does dictate that you drop your fellow co- writer personal note if you will be absent…it takes only a few moments and you can send messages to 5 people at a time. Most group threads have their own OOC. thread where you can communicate also.
The China Pearl Inn
I have been asked to restart a very old thread here at Lit. A thread that went back as Far as 2003 and was wiped out by a hacker several months ago. The China Pearl Inn is a place to come and relax, a bit of RPing and a bit of OCC. All are welcome so for all the old China hands who asked for the Inn back this is for you. For all you shy readers who are longing to get your feet wet in role playing come along and have a drink on the house.
I do believe as this is one of the oldest threads. CG is not a member of any groups or a cliques he makes everyone feel welcome and ignores no-one . I truly believe his thread should have been at the top of the list. It has more than earned this distinction over the years,
I shall add The Birthday Registry to the esteemed lists if I may. ( It is a sticky at the top of the page.) It is a depository for birthdays and is for the use of all here on Lit. It matters not if you are friend or foe, new or old, part of the in-crowd or simply one who lurks in the shadows… if you have added your birthday it will be acknowledged until this girl drops dead.
My last thought...
It has been mentioned lately that when I first arrived here on Lit that I did on special occasions try and spread love around the lounges. Shoot me! *grins* but I felt it was the fastest way to reach everyone especially those didn’t know. All of those lounges were open lounges except for the odd boo boo. I was taken to task privately and since then haven’t repeated my mistake. That was three years ago!!
I wanted to let newcomers know that it is fine to make mistakes on Lit, like in all walks of life it is how one learns. There are only a select few who will not let you live it down most however will forgive you and laugh it off. We are a porn site it is not a biggie. so please do not worry if it’s you who makes them. The person who took me to task is now a friend of sorts.
Lit is a wonderful place filled with the most delightful cross section of interesting people. Some will be found in the threads which were mentioned some you will have to search out for yourselves.
P.S. I added a vote to the poll.

Not... No and I'll make my suggestions for change in the thread.
All those threads are special to those that use them...let's not start a case of 'this one's better/older/more popular than yours'
