I do too however...I have seen some boob jobs that are hard to tell the difference between them and naturals. I think maybe it depends on how much a girl is willing to pay for the implant job...high dollar plastic surgeons do a better job on implants I think because they use a much higher quality product (the implant itself) and they're likely to do a more aesthetically pleasing job...matching the implant to a girl's size and proportions. :)
