I'm not so sure if the boobs in the last link are fake. If they are, the dr did a very good job.

My first 'confrontation' with fake tits was when I stumbled upon a big boob magazine in the early 1990s and one of the models was a certain Tiffany Towers. There was no mention at all about enhancements, to make ignorant and very stupid young dudes (like me) believe that this was all Mother Nature's work. And I just liked them big, so I was very pleased with what I saw, and all I could think was "W-O-W... such big tits on such a slender frame."

I prefer big naturals, but, when the job is done to my personal satisfaction, I can most certainly enjoy a good pair of big fake breasts.

(In real life, I have never met or felt fake breasts, so I can't 'judge' about that.)

I love her big hard enhanced tits. When mine start to sag even more than they do now Iā€™m going to go for it.

I'll be as honest as possible with you: I don't mind big sagging breasts at all.
In the end, I will always prefer them natural. I know there are true and genuine enhanced boob lovers around (this thread is the proof), but bomehow I have a feeling that most big titty lovers prefer a natural bosom.
And, despite my own lack of experience ;), I'm quite convinced that real juicy breasts feel and fondle the best.

:)

But, in the end: it's your body, and therefore your decision.

I like that you pay attention to details.
I think I would certainly have them lifted so that my nipples arenā€™t pointing at my toes but I might also get 500 or 600 cc implants just give me a few more cup sizes.
Iā€™m putting on a little more weight and Iā€™ve always been ā€œtop heavyā€ so want to keep that look.
