I don't have anything in mind just yet, but Veroe found me a face for one of the characters I want to write about and I couldn't get the darn thing to insert into the sketch I've started.

*grumbles about feeling like a dinosaur*

Lol ive been there a time or two

He sneaks in for a quick late-night cup of coffee, knowing that it is going to be long, late night. As he heads for the coffee pot, he waves toward the others that may be present at the moment.

Oh! Totally off topic, but I forgot to share something that had me chuckling on the commute home today.

It might not be that unusual for those across the pond, but I came around a hairpin turn on this small 2 lane road, and there was some random guy standing by the side of the road wearing a kilt.

If my cell phone hadn't have rung, I would have seriously put down the window and asked him if he were in true attire.... ;)

*waves* evening, cravon

I take it congratulations are in order then Cati.

I give the sweet redheaded nymph a warm hug and a chaste kiss on her cheek.

I wish you all the best luck and happiest in the world Cati.

You take it right, CG. A little time here and there before we discuss something more serious but as far as we're both concerned, this is for the rest of our lives and thank you so much. However, don't think I'm totally going to be disappearing from your rafters. *grin* I'll be around. Especially when I get dryfter back into the writing mode again.

evening Cravon

Lmao Angel. My hubby is an import from Scotland.

On our wedding day we stopped at a bank to use the bank machine on the way to our wedding supper (tiny wedding, no reception etc) the whole bridal party was in the car when he stopped in front of the car and bent over, lifting his kilt.

Yes, he was a 'real' Scotsman lmao

*Laughing* I've never worn a kilt, true or otherwise, but there may be a photo from my mispent youth in bathing suit drag floating around. Thank god the internet was a mere collection of BBS's and text based Mud's back then.

Hey Cravon, good to see you again.

Oh gahd, that reminds me of my last family trip (imagine two families with 5 kids each, with half those kids bringing friends...)... Was the week after a hurricane and the water had been too rough to go into. Had worn my "tanning" suit (translation: worn only for when poolside). It got too hot and my cousin and I decided to take a quick dip. One wave later and my bathing suit was ripped off me. Yup... gone!

Thankfully my cousin found it, but my mother (of all people) took a picture. Thankfully it was blurry, but if you knew what to look for....

Links or it didn't happen ;) ROFLMAO

He can't help but laugh at Angeleyz' story. "I'm sure that picture would be awfully popular around here..."

Turning back toward fun... "Good to hear. I always have late nights when I'm the instructor. I hate it when my instructors call in sick. But the coffee will carry me through."

"Angeleyz... You have struck on my exact thoughts on the topic of late nights! Except I like to think of them as shenanigans..."

Pfft, I have to hear about it at every wedding, funeral and graduation... I don't have to show it to prove it.... *shudder*

Laughing... "I'd like to say I'm sorry to hear that Angel, but truth be told... as someone whose family will willingly beat every good and bad joke into the ground for generations I can only empathize. It must be a Catholic thing." ;)

Ahhh the Nectar of the gods Cravon will always do their best to help us through!

That and the guilt, my friend, that and the guilt....
