I always found Mari's writing most inspiring Cravon and she does seem to bring out the best in her co-writers.

I can definitely agree with that, CG. I don't think I suck as a writer, but I read Mari's posts and my responses and can't help but think that I might be a little outclassed.

Writing in some aspects is a skill Cravon and like any skill it needs to be honed by practice. The two things I have found when collaborating with another writer is to 1st respond to what they have written and then have something to say and simply say it.
Now this predisposes that you and your writing partner have agreed on a plot or a story line Cravon.

Oh, I'm not worried about the story as a whole. I'm just looking for ways that I can improve my writing. If I change tenses in my posts... if my grammar needs work... I'm mostly just looking for technical advice if anyone has any.
