In general, the institution of moderating/moderators is far from optimal (while half the time it may be better than simple non-moderation, it all depends). Thus some misgivings can be related to the institution rather than to the moderators at hand.

Based on my many years of experience, I feel that PF&D moderators are doing great! I could go to a great length about my view, except that I don't want to be boring.

(I could also present a different model of a portal, but I better leave it to one of my future knols. My model requires different software anyway hence it does not apply to Literotica.)
