When a person is in the 1%, the labels Republican or Democratic are irrelevant.

Not sure I really buy that, especially since anybody who's serious about the conversation knows that the 1% is only spoken about because it's a pretty bumper sticker thing. We are really talking more accuratly about something like the top .1% The people making 250k a year aren't part of the problem and if we could get them divorced from the millionaires and billionares we might be able to get somewhere.
