Internet and UK media, there were people that she was dressed as a police officer with a miniskirt was disrespectful and real uniforms aren't that short (which is silly since she was a kissing telegram and it wasn't a real uniform) It didn't last long because no one cared

You're right; that was a silly reason for an uproar. I liked her in that uniform; I can understand why Rory had her wear that on their honeymoon (Christmas episode). Did you ever see that mini-episode in which Rory and the Doctor are distracted by her legs (and other parts)?
