Agreed... but now I must bathe for my hair is full of plaster dust, gypsum and other associated construction grime.

Morning! a few jars eh? as long as you don't mix them with the really strong painkillers. Don't want you getting arrested for running stark naked down the street now do we...:p

Only had them last night and by god they worked! As for running naked down the streets I don't think the midlands are ready for a hairy highlander charging through their village greens!:eek:

William Wallace's one was over 5ft long! its dispayed at stirling castle. I also like the lochaber axe. so you like medival times do you/

I certainly do.:D I also like weaponary- guns (modern), swords (ancient and medieval), and bio weapons. (and I bet that sentence just put me on a dozen watch lists lol)

I'm a bit of a history geek. Anything from 1100 to 1801. The only period that makes my curl my lip is the 'Victorian' era. I debated specialising in Medieval history for my Masters, but go sidetracked by counter-terrorism instead. :cool:

Love History too self taught kind a amateur. Thinking of doing a crusade lit story after my current story.

And ohh, interesting. I'd be up for reading a good Crusade fic.

I also write. Have a novella waiting to be published based around Hannibal Barca.

You are Published! I'm impressed! Have you read Noha Gordon? I'm thinking of something along those lines. Scottish Knight goes Native afterthe loss of constantinople with some bdsm thrown in for good measure. Or maybe the Orphans Crusade.

I've never read any Noah Gordon, but I know his work. I vaguely recall a trilogy of some kind?

Definitely sounds interesting. There are not many good Medieval, especially Crusader fics, around. And oh, the BDSM is a must ;)
