Its funny how the words "I'm 99.9% sure its nothing" don't take away from the worry of the word "Biopsy"

Apparently my dentist wants to sample a white patch in my mouth to make sure it's just the after effects of what he calls "Me chewing the inside of my face off in my sleep".

He doesn;t want to see me until september for the biopsy so I'm not as worried as I might be... but still, not what you want to hear at tea time on a wednesday.

And sorry for blurting all this out here but I need to get this out somewhere.

oh, and Velvet, before you ask, yes I have told H.

Oh good grief, I was counting on you to cling onto your clean bill of health for a bit longer. Hope it's all ok. Sod politics, had enough of that in France. My pm box is open if you need to chat further. I'm sorry I can't offer more at this difficult time because you've been there for me like a true stalwart in the past.

Of course you told H, you're too considerate and sensible not to. :heart:

I would agree that leaving the bio till Sept suggests that the dentist isn't too concerned. I think it's more than a little tactless of him to throw the B word about the place and then leave you in limboland for a couple of months though. It's also bad practice as many people would have time enough to chicken out of the bio altogether. :mad:

Malich - Sorry to hear the news. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the dentist is right, but it sucks that you are made to wait for a while. I've not been through that myself, but someone very special to me has, and I hated the wait then.

JD - Hope you are well mate.. My helicopter is currently in for its MOT, but you can have it if it passes and I can afford the bill!

VD - Hello you :rose: Hope you are ok. It sucks I cannot meet everyone when ADR is here. The offer of meeting up when I am next in London still stands though.

I'm bored today, anyone else feeling like that?

Am also bored, on housework detail today and singularly uninspired by the subby joy of playing Master's discarded clothing treasure hunt game. Men. Leave them alone for a few days and the aeons of evolution just fall away. :rolleyes:

I will have you know that my house is spotless...*ahem* and my clothes are neatly stored away.... in a pile on the floor! :rolleyes:
