Hardly, the place was a joke and they've just found a poor excuse to get rid of me cos they've taken on new staff and can't afford to keep us all on.
 
Ron's had his operation and is round from the anaesthetic and comes home tomorrow so Christmas can begin now !!

Today has been... annoying in some ways, but good in others. My fiancee got a job today which, assuming she can keep this one, sorts our fiscal problems out again!
 
went up to see him this afternoon and get all the gory details I had a quick look through his notes and found pictures taken of inside his shoulder before and after (in full colour too!!) very interesting but his brother wouldn't even look!! Men are such sissies ...... I hear his ex and their kids are visiting this evening ...oh joy, glad I won't be there!!

Yah keyhole surgery is great. I've seen the insides of my ovaries thanks to it.

I'm glad he's doing okay honey.

I've been given an envelope for a Christmas present could be money I suppose but feels a bit heavy for that (unless he's emptied his pockets of all the loose change lol) but I've been a good girl and put it under the tree with the rest ....... will go and shake it later to see if it rattles

Thankyou so much ..... at the moment he is in Mummies little brave wounded soldier mode!! I was tempted to open a pressie and would have if I had thought I could get away with it
