I haven't read the entire thread so I hope you're still doing well with not smoking. After 5 years without, I've been told your cardio functions return to that of a nonsmoker.

It's been 14 years, 9 weeks, 2 days, 22 hours...but who's counting?
Seriously, it has been that long but I don't miss it except for rare instances when taking that first sip of wine on a Friday night. But it's amazing what your taste buds can discern when you lay off nicotine and fiery salsas on a routine basis.
