That's a good idea. For our first play party, my wife and I agreed that we'd just go along and watch -- no pressure. As it turned out, though, it didn't take long for us to cast aside our inhibitions and join in with gusto.

I'm hoping I can be that comfortable. But I have a feeling even if I am He will keep me in check. He's much more cautious than I am. Where I want to push to my limits with wild abandon, he builds slowly. If not for him I probably would have hurt myself long ago. I'm more afraid of breaking some social etiquette rule that I wasn't aware of and making him look bad. He's very laid back and not overly firm with me, but he's growing in that area still.
