I seem to always have hard nipples - barking dogs - headlights blaring - but for no apparent reason except my nipples like the attention! I adjust myself in public but no one seems to mind except wives & gf's of the men whose eyes tend to wander over.

I always greet my man with happy nipples. I think he's the reason they're always "up".

Tell me about it! I try and not to a huge correction in public for nipple shifting but sometimes it's unavoidable! Between that and general adjustments... what can you do?

Horrible bit is, since I read and posted on this thread I've noticed how often I touch or correct my breasts, I had no idea it was THAT often.

I'd also like to point out the food danger. I have lost count of the times a crumb has escaped me, and I've ended up with food in my cleavage. Then there is the mental debate - do you remove it now, in public? or hurry off to somewhere more private to dig out whatever has got in there.

Say I'm not the only one who has this problem!?

I think now that we've all been reading here...we're driving ourselves crazy trying to keep track of how often, how severe, etc..

Food hell, pills...or worse, one of those calcium chews getting away from you and heading for the depths.
No matter what you try, unless you're lucky, trying to fish those out is just best done privately.

More than once I've tossed back the supplements I take twice a day, think I got them all, and that night I'll have a vitamin pill fall out, or two if it's been a clumsy day.

This thread made me giggle. I have 36Fs, but I am not an adjuster. I find that once they are in the bra, they stay put all day, unless I lay down or run/jump or something. What does happen to me, which I'm sure people have noticed, is that I sniff them. Usually when I'm sitting, I read, and when looking down, I get a whiff and go "ooh.". Then I plant my whole face right between them and inhale. It's terrible, but they just smell so freaking fantastic!! I have totally gotten weird looks for this, lol.

As for the food dilemma. Go ahead and pick it out. I'd rather do that then find pieces of stuff down there when I'm undressing. And believe me, that has happened. Lol

I've noticed how many women around the office do this since this thread started. Two in particular:

Women in her late 30s, tiny and slim. Maybe 5'2" 110, very tiny boobs, always tugging on her bra straps.

I definetely touch mine a lot no matter where I am. I dont know about other women, but I HATE HATE HATE carrying purses. So my bra is often my purse. My husband laughs when I dig in there for stuff! I guess it is kinda silly. Another thing, my male friend pointed out, is that whenI sit and talk intently to someone I often run my left hand along the swell on the top of my left breast. Hmm, I don't really know why...Oh well.
