Happy Monday. Got some good sleepin' in on round two. The nice thing about this time of day is The Quiet. The rest of the world in this time zone isn't doing much, and they're not making much noise doing it. The cats walk very softly. It is the galloping that is noisy. They are allowed - they own the place.
There were a lotta lotta bikes out over the weekend. I reckon it was folks getting in what they'll consider to be their last rides of The Season. It was warm and nice and I get that. I also get that Wat gets heavy gear and riding when it's cold, too. Morticia stays out. So does Zelda when she's here.
Wheels and inspections this morning. I reckon I'll try to get a jump on it all.
After coffee alters my consciousness.
"I have known good and evil,
sin and virtue, right and wrong;
I have judged and been judged;
I have passed through birth and death,
joy and sorrow, heaven and hell;
and in the end I realized
that I am in everything
and everything is in me."
~ Hazrat Inayat Khan
If there is no lustful desire, the risings of sorrow are not produced, the wise man seeing the bitterness of sorrow, stamps out and destroys the risings of desire.
