Use of the "N" word.

If you want to see a prime example of racist terminology and race hatred that would make even an extremist KKK member suggest toning it down a bit, watch what happens when a non white person tells leftists/democrats that they're Conservative and voted for Trump.

I don't have any idea why they want to do so. I think it makes them look ignorant of the previous generations that fought against that word. I remember the Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton ceremonial burying of the word. I also remember being at a friend's house when the friend's nephew dropped the N word and my friend slapped him in the mouth and told him to try going and saying that to his parents and grandparents

But, it is what it is. They want to say it let them, doesn't mean I have to say it or approve of it. But free speech and all that.

However, I am still looking for an answer from the left here how 'colored people' is a racist term, but people of color isn't. Only answer I come up with is their racism is always okay.

I suggest that many terms from the Jim Crow era are reasons for much of it.

Wikipedia notes how the “offence” largely depends on where you are and who you’re with, so it’s all artificial… so to me that means being offended by calling a black person a negro, etc is a form of passive aggressive reverse bullying. Fake offence. Its just a fucking word, negro.

“In the English language, the term negro (or sometimes negress for a female) is a term historically used to refer to people of BlackAfrican heritage. The term negro means the color black in Spanish and Portuguese (from Latin niger), where English took it from.[1] The term can be viewed as offensive, inoffensive, or completely neutral, largely depending on the region or country where it is used, as well as the time period and context in which it is applied. It has various equivalents in other languages of Europe.”

This here explains it nicely and to the point. Your point being the second thing they mention:

lmao the fuck?

The thread is about the N word. What about not being able to use it bothers you? What does the word mean to you?

The black community seems to upset you, in general.
Let's start with if the community doesn't respect themselves enough to stop using that pejorative, why should anyone else?

Every week I have breakfast with a group of fellow veterans. A couple are black, a couple are Latin, there's even one native that attends. They don't refer to themselves as "Fill in the Blank" Americans, just plain old Americans. They give respect and they get respect in return. If you have to refer to yourself by some distinguishing feature over which you had no control in obtaining, by birth as it were, that buys you NO respect at all. If you want respect, earn it.

Or perhaps you don't understand why the words are used by them.

I'd suggest a look at the Jim crow era and see how the word is used .....and who used it.

You have an opinion about the word that others don't share. It happens. I'd suggest that they do respect themselves more than you give those people credit for.

But that would be a discussion you'll never have.

Trump's not even in office yet and the aryan nation dumbasses are already complaining about not being able to openly call black people niggers.

It's going to be a funny 4 years.

Are you a moron? Don't answer that, it was a rhetorical question.

We are in the process of stamping DEI and 'inter-sectionalism.' Good bye and good riddance. If the black community wants to put anyone on a guilt trip over slavery, fly your asses over to Africa and demand retribution from the tribes that sold your ancestors into slavery to begin with. I'd love to see the results of that attempt.

AceRebelWat, you win today’s “dumbest comment award” 🏆

In all seriousness: being this angry all the time isn't helping you. You aren't happy, even though "your guy" just won.

Just detach from the hate cult. You can do it. People do. You don't have to devote your life to being against some people. You can do positive things instead.

Why ask "the left"?

It's not a matter of being more racist, but of being more insulting. What words are offensive is arbitrary, as you are well aware, because you write erotica. Why is "cunt" worse than "vagina"? Because it is, because that's how language works.

I sincerely doubt you've ever seen that happen.

Can anyone tell me why is it OK for people of color to call each other that horrible word, but if a caucasion does it, they can lose friends?
It is just another political tool of divisions.
Politicians always talk about unity
which they abhor for it may
work against them.
