Chuckling lightly, I nuzzle my face gently along her thigh, smiling lightly.

"No he doesn't, and there are always PM's, to reply back and forth... You are fine, don't you worry a thing."

Smiling to her, I nibble her hand lightly and teasingly brush my tail along her stomach, eyes closing again, calm.

*Mixes himself a white russian, sits down and places the adult beverage beside him, and rests back on the floor staring up at the ceiling.*

So where does inspiration come from...

"Or who, good Sir..." Grinning at the male entering, head nodding in a polite greeting, enjoying the attention.

*Sighing softly at the feeling of warm breath on my bare thigh, heartbeat speeding up just a little, fingers curling deep in the plush of luxurious fur. Based on past experience, I'm sure she can detect the change in my scent that comes along with the subtle increase in excitement.*

I've learned to ask about those things too. I had a relationship like that until recently. Now I'm on my own again.

Smiling at the increase in scent, my eyes linger up... Eyes softening in a touch of sadness, I crawl up and kiss her neck gently, soothingly I hope.

"Sorry to hear about that, hope your stay here is pleasant, no matter how fleeting..."

*Winks at Talachan and props himself up on his elbow to take a sip of his drink*

Touche', darling. Touche'.

*Impulsively wrapping my arms around her, hugging tightly, returning the kiss.*

I was saddened as to how it ended, but it was my own fault. You are making my visit here very pleasant. Thank you for welcoming me here.

*Smiling a greeting to the newcomer.*

Hi, I'm Annisthyrienne, but my friends call me Thyri (Teery). You pose an interesting question. Do you have a favorite source for your inspiration?

Smiling warmly at the grin from the male, my attention is turned to Thyri, as her arms wrap around me, my smile soft as I embraced her close, cloak barely keeping me shielded from her now.

"Glad... If you wish, you are welcome to PM me, share more softness... I am going to have to focus on PM's for the moment, otherwise I won't be able to play my new games at all!"

Smiling, I kiss her deeply along her lips, slipping out of her hold and drifting over to the male, a tender kiss of his cheek.

"Enjoy your stay..." I dart out the door.

*Smiles and gives a small wave to Thyri*

Without sounding too philosophical or too artsy, inspiration can come from a lot of different places. In regards to erotic writing, simply being horny can inspire one to write something erotic. However the stars have to be aligned for something truly "hot" or "sexy" to be written. Having a fantasy is one thing. But craving that fantasy and knowing how to elaborate on every tiny, important detail and feeling of that fantasy is what sets it apart from a simple sex chat exchange.

I love Lit writers of all backgrounds, but the ones who know how to add back-story, conflict, emotion, and drama...and are literate...those are the ones that know how to make a woman's panties damp and man's pants tighter.

I know what you mean. In my own stories, I have some that just flow without hardly any effort. Especially when I get into that character's head space. It's like I can channel them, become them, and simply write what they feel and think, see and do.

Others, are more difficult. When I focus on the writing itself, it doesn't flow as easy, but perhaps my writing result is better. I don't know. I think that the reader can 'feel' when the writing contains the true emotions and feelings of the writer, as opposed to just their words.

The characters that are most fun to write as are flawed characters. And it allows the reader to relate because everyone has flaws. People love reading about trouble and drama. Flaws are realistic. And the more realistic the character the more enjoyable the story is, even if the setting is futuristic and unrealistic. Some stories flow better than others, and that's fine. You learn as you go.

Very true. And I like to explore that inner dialogue or train of thoughts for my characters. My fault is in providing description of external things. I often reveal the character in intimate detail to the reader...if they were psychic. They know all about the character's thoughts, feelings, and motivations, even internal struggles, but they might not know what the character looks like or what she is wearing.

That's not horrible though, hun. Most people do just the opposite and focus on all the external details. The most important things to convey are emotions and thoughts. Appearance and physical details are important too, but to a lesser degree since those only really stimulate someone who has a direct fetish or fantasy for that look.

I think you're right about that. I've only had two people who had to ask for more description of details. I can give them, I just get focused on other things. It's just a matter of calling my attention to it.

I've read some of your work, darling. You're a good writer. :)

*blushes*

Thank you. I don't consider myself a writer so much as a role player, but I like to express myself through writing. That's handy considering my physical issues. Either way, I love a good story, playing it or writing it.

Softly growling at the touch to my ears, I smile and wave to both females, moving over to a couch and stretching a bit lazily out on it, grinning happily.

"More visitors,so glad~"

Walking into the lounge, I sit down at an empty seat and nod to Talachan, smiling.

Greetings Lady Talachan. Good to see you.

I look over at the other two and bow my head to them.

Hail. Good to meet you two. My name's Avellan, or Avel for short.
