I remember one case about 10 years ago at my local supermarket. Some creep asshole was giving out samples of yogurt. Apparently he got the bright idea to shot a load on 1 or 2 into those little plastic sample cups that were handed out. A woman immediately knew what it was. She kept the sample, called the police. His DNA all over the sample. Idiot. The fool got thrown in prison. I can’t remember the number of years, but I believe he was convicted of sexual assault. Taste may be ambiguous but DNA is not.

Any type of sexual contact WITHOUT mutual consent is abominable.

I have heard of instances of guys working at resturant’s or coffee shops that have added a bit of protein to a females order. I suppose it’s a thing…probably illegal I would think.

Adulterating food or beverage in a commercial setting is a felony EVERYWHERE.

It is likely criminal in a private setting as well, but not under the same statute.
