Always use lube.
You need to find one with a small shaft which has some shaft length to it. The ones we wear are metal, have a good size head that then tapers down to a curved thin shaft about the size of a little finger. That size and some extra length (which equals extra depth) allows your ass to close around it. We have never had our pop out, and we have worn them to dinner, the adult store, parties, etc
A T piece at the end means we don't lose them which is more an issue than popping out as they see to suck up into you. The T piece can be a little chaffing at time. We have had ours for over 10 years. When we went looking for a friend we couldn't find the same thing again. Hope this helps.
