I appreciate this, and I'm thankful for the perspective. I'm lucky that I get to see my daughter everyday (traveling for work on rare occasions aside), and I know there's a lot of truth to this. Sometimes, there's just a stretch of days where I'm like 'can I do any of this in a way that isn't actively fucking harmful?' But, I know I'm probably just being too hard on myself.

The relationship between a dad and his daughter can be a bit tough at times. Just give yourself grace. It gets better and even if she acts like she doesn't need or want you around, she does. She loves you and needs you. I promise.

i still don't get it... but whatever

this one I just noticed tonight? I haven't talked to him in a really long time - but why not just not message me ever again? Why take the time/effort to actually "leave" the conversation... just seems odd to me
