Yelling isn't bad on its own, if you did it with good intentions to correct a behavior it's not bad, unless you used insulting or threatening language.
Don't over correct yourself, just let her know you're sorry for lashing out and you love her.

I did. But I don’t think it’s enough to build back what I had. I promised myself I’d never yell in anger, and broke it.
I appreciate the advice but this doesn’t seem like something I can fix. I just have to live in this new reality. And honestly it kind of sucks.
