What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

My Mom passed away four months ago as of yesterday. I haven’t counted the days or months or anything until I read this. I find that interesting. How we all grieve in our own way. I appreciate you sharing about yours.

Every day I think about her and miss her, I just don’t bother counting. I’m muddling through the year getting through all the “firsts”.

I’m so sorry about you Mom Cheeky.
Thank you 🙏 It is strange how we all grieve so differently. I’m sorry about your mom, too ❤️

Just realized it’s been a month since my mother passed. Seems longer and shorter at the same time. How long before I stop keeping track?
It’s been almost 8 years. I still occasionally pick up the phone to call her. And every once in awhile, I’ll laugh at something, or give some advice, and hear my mom’s voice in mine. You never stop missing her, it just becomes more pointed when it occurs. 🫂🫂🫂

Everyone is different in how they grieve, how long they grieve, how they remember, what they remember, so just roll with it and believe in whatever way you are dealing with it is the best way for YOU.

How to fit in on Lit

*
Start an account and quietly explore
* Play some games and keep your tone respectful as people start to recognise you
* Slowly work out whose interests align with yours and start testing appropriate jokes
* Find your crowd, get comfortable, relax.
* Still behave respectfully

What not to do

* Walk in like you own the place
* Ignore tone
* Carry on like your opinion should be respected while disrespecting others
* Get all butt hurt when people don't like you.
