Well, I assume there’s some other underlying cause because I had one on and off all weekend with no orgasms. But the last two days it has come on very abruptly post orgasm.
And I kinda have the background headache feeling (very hard to explain if you don’t get headaches—it’s like I don’t actually have one right now but it feels like I could get one), so I think it will probably happen again if I go for it.

Maybe if I take Tylenol now in advance?
