First thing I notice, build. Tall or short, I like a solid meaty build. Some extra cuddly around the middle is all good.

Sense of humor. Make me laugh, make me smile, me love you long while.

Interactive personality. Don't bully the conversation but don't make me do all the work. Have a few stories and informed opinions. If you tell me 3 stories and all 3 are drinking stories, I'm gone.

Smile. Don't be angry guy, broody guy, or aloof guy. You will be alone guy.

Nice scent. A nice cologne stops me in my tracks. Musk will make me leave the room. When I was a retail cashier, I was extra nice (wink wink) to men with good cologne.

Spruce yourself up. Unless you are mowing the lawn, don't be dressed like you're mowing the lawn. Now, work jeans, work boots, work shirt is good.

I like manly handsome faces, not pretty boy faces. Nimoy > Shatner. Quinto > Pine. Ford > Hamill. Diesel>Pitt. I also like classic clean cut. Chris Evans as Johnny Storm, meh. Chris Evans as Captain America, bang!

Check your grill. If you have jacked up teeth or dirty teeth, no... ever.

No weird piercings and crap. I don't fish so I don't want to look at you and see tackle and lures.

No metrosexual. If you preen more than I do, it's not happening. I like manly. A guy can get a manicure, but I just don't want a guy who's described as "really in touch with his feminine side."

Hard to say. I like petite girls. I like a shapely ass and hips. I like dark girls more than fair girls - I like brunettes, women from the Mediterranean, Africa, Asia - but that's not hard and fast of course. I like pretty faces. I tend to prefer dark haired/dark eyed men. But a charming personality and a quick wit will ensnare me more quickly than just looks. If you see a little sparkle in the eye, a crinkle around the mouth, I'm interested.

Eye candy is dandy, but if he opens his mouth and nothing worthwhile comes out of it...*sigh* No joy to be had.

I like men who actually LIKE women, and who make no apologies for it. Not just in a fuck her and use her way, but in an enjoy every aspect of her way.

I also confess to ogling men's hands...if his hands are strong, clean, and well groomed, I imagine them doing unspeakable things to me. Dirty nails or nicotine stained fingers are a turn off.

A strong tendency among my fictional character crushes is that he has an outward facade of almost-excessive confidence, maybe he's actually confident about one thing, like his profession, but he's got an inner lack of confidence that he's lovable or attractive or something like that. Which, yeah, would put me in the position of helping him be more confident in a more healthy, balanced way.

For me the body features that attract me to a male are height, eyes, lips and forearms. Personally I believe men of shorter stature have better personalities because they are making up for their less then 6 six foot tall genes. Eyes are key, are his eyes smiling and trustworthy? Lips... if I'm aiming to get him in bed I'm making sure there are no weird coldsores that look like they maybe more then a coldsore, fresh teeth, and any other clues that I should be running away. A funky mouth is not sexy. Forearms should be firm with a few visable veins... I'm checking out his blood flow.
