Well, for starters they can't be stupid. I deal with enough stupid people at work, I don't feel a real need to bring them into my personal life as well.
Next, able to laugh at themselves. If you can't laugh at yourself, while I am laughing at you, we can never get along.
Able to laugh at others is a close 3rd. He who laughs last and all that....
Up to date on their shots definitely makes the list. You never know what vaccination will be the one that kills a rapidly spreading zombie virus.
Lastly, the ability to hold a halfway good conversation. I'm kind of tired of taking 10 minutes to present a well thought out and articulate argument to support my opinion, just to have it greeted with grunts and belches.

I like adults. Sex is a fun subject to talk about. If I talk about it, I'm not dropping hints. This isn't high school and I am not passing notes.
I like people who can laugh, joke and not take this place so seriously.
I like honesty and being direct. I also like opinionated people or people who hate everyone. They are usually interesting.
