Very similar actually although I will not say either is a huge kink of mine but I am willing when the time is right.What was everyone's first experience with voyeurism and/or exhibitionism?
Since I started the thread, I'll go first.
I was barely 18 years old and had just moved into a college dorm for my freshman year. I quickly met a group of returning sophomores that seemed like a fun group to hang out with. Like me, they were more nerdy than jocks. I had lived a boring high-school life and didn't have any experience with drinking or girls (though not for lack of wanting).
It was only my second or third day there when the group invited me to go skinny-dipping with them that night at a state park not too far from the college. Part of my brain thought this would be the best thing ever (seeing naked women!) and the other part wanted no part in being naked in front of strangers. The first part of my brain won in about 3 milliseconds. I still wasn't planning to get naked but the thought of seeing women I knew naked was way more than I could pass up. On the way out to the park someone with a fake ID bought cheap alcohol (does anyone remember Purple Passion?) so by the time we got to the lake i was more than a little tipsy. Still though, I had NO intention of stripping.
So we got to the lake, three or four car-loads of us. I walk towards the beach, totally clothed and saw that everyone else was too. That had me both relieved and disappointed. Just then, two girls walked up to me and asked if I was going to skinny-dip. I replied no and they said too bad. At about that exact same moment they both stripped completely naked and ran into the water. Before my brain knew what I was doing I was naked chasing them into the water.
At that time, that was the best moment of my life and possibly what got me hooked on being a bit of both a voyeur and an exhibitionist.
So, what's your story?
Went up to the mountains with a group of friends to spend the night and of course drink and have fun. It ended up being warmer than we thought it was going to be and the water of the creek felt amazing. No one had brought any swimming clothes so in the end we all opted for some skinny dipping and then went into one of the tents and played some truth or dare.

Never much of an exhibitionist, never had a real opportunity but probably wouldn't have shyed away from it. Did get to experience one of the bathhouses in Hot Springs a couple of years ago that full nudity was allowed which I took advantage of. Unfortunately it as also seperated male and female. Only saw a couple of guys in swimtrunks, the rest, like me where enjoying the freedom.

It's one of those ideal situations. You have this hidden sexual tension between people and then find a reasonable excuse to all be naked around each other. Plus like you said if it ever comes out and people ask why you have what I feel is a legitimate reason.

That's exactly it
it feels especially vulnerable too because there's less of a reason to immediately cover upagree and I found out later the more that see you the more vulnerable you feel but to me the more it excites me

My wife was a victim of voyeurism. She learned years later that her twin brother had been spying on her through a hole in the bathroom wall at their family lake house. He did it all through high school and college, only stopping when we married. He let a few of his friends look, too. I thought she was going to kill him when she found out after we married.

That's exactly it
The most nervous and vulnerable I have ever felt in a situation like that has been right at the beginning like taking your clothes off or joining the group while nude. After you kind of see like it's no big deal and everyone is in the same boat the feeling subsides and you can just enjoy it.
definitely fun once you get past the fear, of course that makes it exciting too
yeah once you "get into it" it is ok. Of course it is a turn on for me so after the nervous part subsides I love it
