What's the difference between RP and sexting?

The other day, I assumed I was sexting with another person. At the end, I offered to clean him up with my tongue after he replied that he made a mess. He said something like he shot clear across the room and he wasn't into RP.

I was baffled. We were both being ourselves. So how was this RP?

You can sext and role play at the same time, but you can do either without the other.

Sexting is any sexual text conversation. Whether you are role playing, chatting, dirty talking, sharing images. It is all considered sexting.

Role playing is specifically playing out a scenario. Whether you are playing as character or yourselves.

RP vs Sexting

I do not RP. Hate trying to deceive a mentality and go with it. It’s to fake for me. Sexting is best imo... just talking about it, with people, their thoughts, mentality, fantasies, is the way to go. I hate it when guys try to make me cum through messaging.
