GROSS ALERT: Giving yourself an enema in the shower has the obvious benefit of being able to flush the output down the drain. But what if that output isn't purely watery? Doesn't "stuff" accumulate on the drain screen? No problem if you're on the toilet, but in the shower, how do you deal with that?
