Hmmm. Funny thing is that part of the reason for hiring a prostitute is to have someone attend to my needs - selfish perhaps but I am the paying customer. If she had been a bundle of tears in distress I would have responded with compassion. She was just disinterested in her job and intent on using the time I had paid for to prattle on about herself.

That doesn't make me a pig. If I had met her in a bar and pretended to listen to get into her pants that would make me a pig.

She was a paid service provider. I wasn't mistreating, disrespecting or being rude in any way. If you went out for dinner and the waiter went on and on about some minor detail of his life to the point where you had to interrupt him to remind him to take your order would that make you a bitch? No it wouldn't.

The whole point was that a prostitute was my avenue to indulge myself - no more or less valid than the myriad of ways in which women indulge themselves and expect others to support them.

Oh wow that would be sooo funny. I can relate to this because I've lived my entire life in a small town and people just love to talk about you. As long as you preface your remark with "bless her heart" it seems to be ok to follow it up with just about any snarky comment. Bless her heart she's just too ugly to get a man. Stuff like that. I'd like to hire a cutie to be seen with down on the pier holding hands or something more juicy. The hens would be clucking in record time.
