It was hard more so because of the kids. But there was also more to it. He didn't love me either. But just us loving our kids was never enough. It was often a violent situation. I couldn't keep my kids in an enviroment like that. We are all happy now and my ex husband and I are the best of friends.

Havving been married

for 5 years...2 of it very happy 3 of it miserable....being alone is much better than being with someone who does not truly love you. At least you have your freedom and the possibility to find someone. There is nothing wrong with being alone.....but having someone who you love in your arms is just one of the most wonderful things in this life. Would like to feel that again...

Stop and Start

For me, the magic was to stop looking, and start doing what I enjoyed. You have more fun, and if you meet someone while doing what you enjoy, you have that activity as a common interest to build on. Another bonus, even without meeting that special person, you'll have a lot of fun, and make many good, non-sexual friends.

well how do yuo knwo when you actually meet the right person and when you just keep that person as a friend, i am currently in a bad spot i guess, i haev a friend who i want to be more with but shes not intrested in being more then friends is it possible to find the one for you, but yet have them be stubon and thick headed towards a relationship, like i know we would get along great and all that shes just being thick headed about it.so should i just say okay what ever and move on and keep looking, oh just wait for her to decide.
