I could write this in a DM but I figured since I was one of the loudest to oppose you it would be most appropriate to put this out publicly. I’m not too proud of a person to admit I was wrong and when it comes to the persona that was Kit, you were right. I still do not regret standing up for someone who I considered a friend, it’s just unfortunate that trust was misplaced and taken for granted but such is the internet and the anonymity of online personalities. Regardless, I felt it right to put this out there and not just disappear without giving due acknowledgement, so hopefully this will add to the vindication you already have.

Yes. Beware "new" accounts sliding into your thread - especially after “the troubles”.

That “joined” date information is something to pay attention to (notice the “joined” date of the troll you responded to).

I expect you’re going to be targeted by new "alts" of "LilLitKat"
(actually an alt of your stalker / troll) for a while - until their butthurt from your ass whipping fades…

It would probably be best to just “insta-ignore” any new visitors to your thread who have a recent “joined” date.

It was honestly the most insane experience! I’ve never ever seen anything quite like it in a theatre… there were a few jump scares, gun shots and demagorgons, cats blowing up… it was… so good.

I love trips to the theatre in general! And dates to see a show are always fun, though I had to take my little sister who wasn’t an ST fan but even she could appreciate it!
 
Theatre is always so much fun...im glad they did a good job with the ST and making it relatable to all...i could see how it could be come totally niche!

I have been an ST fan RIGHT from the very beginning 😍 back then being a fan was incredibly niche, many didn’t like it or hadn’t watched it yet!

It’s definitely more mainstream now what with how big it got after seasons 3/4… and now of course the last season.

I think some things could have been different (with season 5) but like all good shows and movies not everyone always agrees on how the endings are written!
 
I was too...i love the concept of the genre and the nostalgia as well! I agree with you on the Season 5 things...and it's definitely hard to get things filmed in a solid timeline and introduce characters at the right time when your stars are aging in real time.

Im glad they didn't go terrible and too rushed Like Game of Thrones final season...but...you win some you lose some!

I LOVE Stranger Things! I think the creators did such a fabulous job of world-building. When stories get so big, it's hard to come up with endings that will satisfy everyone (Unless you're Breaking Bad). But I think they tried to satisfy themselves, which is the most important part of story-telling. They told the story they believed. ❤️

Side note -- In Season 3, they filmed in the mall in Atlanta where I was a Mall Rat when I was a teenager! I used to go to lunch with my boyfriend in the food court where they had the big battle. 🤭

I'm so glad you enjoyed the show. I hope I get to see it. 🤞
