Realistically? Uhh no. First off the boot are completely impractical for that style of riding. You wouldn't even wear something like that to the stable unless you planned on changing your boots into paddock or tall boots before you went into the barn. They also put your foot position all wrong and I guarantee you wouldn't be able to use that heel in any practical way and in fact the high heel could be dangerous to both you and the horse.
Second, without at least half chaps she's going to get pinched by the stirrup leathers. Trust me, that really hurts.
Third, uhh you just don't ride bare ass in that sort of saddle.. Things stick and depending on the saddle design the pommel might be a problem or it could be very uncomfortable.

The woman on the horse appears to be a competent rider but the shot is pure cheesecake.

your 100 % righ plus ,, riding bare with or without a saddle sucks and causes some hygiene problems. use a blanket bare back with panties is better
 
My snark aside, I dated a young woman in college who was a bio major, but was also very involved with the equine program and the harvesting of semen from stallions and bulls. I was in love with her. She was smart and funny, but she also loved animals. She cared about their well being. I remember visiting the heifer barn with her. These cows were not fully weaned and so they would suck at anything but near their mouths. She took one of my fingers and made me hold it in as this heifer sucked on my finger. It was weird, but funny and sexy at the same time.

One of the other posters above said all the women who came to his stable were beautiful. I think there is something to this. The gf I'm talking about appeared at first glance to be 'a plain farmgirl' I would not give a second glance.
