If you do, consider buying one of the pre-made decks sold. The cost is similar to starter packs, but it gives you a deck where all the cards work well together from the beginning.

Or, if you like mobile gaming, try out Eternal - The Card Game. It's free and copies A LOT of mechanics from MtG (+adds some things only possible digitally).

@LoneMilf you're the bomb! okay... Post Malone... bought a card for 2 million dollars (LOTR - The One Ring) -- if he invites us over for a game. do we still stand a chance?

I had to look that one up - I didn't even realize there had been a LOTR version of MtG..

But don't worry, that card isn't a game changer - I think the value is caused by rarity more than effect.

it might've just been one card... but it was released in regular packs... and some random guy got it... and Post Malone (who knew he was a MtG fan?) pounced and said he'd pay 2 million dollars for it. SOLD!

I am by no means good but enjoy chess. In college I had a friend who loved to go to different spots on campus or coffee shops and set up a board, just to have fun and see who might want to join. We met some of the coolest people on those jaunts!

I do enjoy it, learnt chess in college, but those at home dont always have time or want to so i loose out
