Ah, we may have a winner. It was obviously someone from the forum who hasn't actually read my stories (as subsequent commenters noted). You volunteering? I wouldn't be surprised. You seem to be part of the campaign.

It was the ever-cowardly "Anonymous." That fits my image of the campaigners.

I guess it's a compliment, but when people start to really invest in the characters and say "they wouldn't do this" or "they wouldn't do that" and see them as "real" then it can be a little odd to read. This is from one of my stories called "Just One More Time" -

Didn't believe him that it was the last time when he starting blaming his wife letting herself go for him cheating like a typical guy.

If he didn't have the balls to leave his wife when he found her unattractive he wouldn't stop an affair.

WOW,,, it's really hard to find the words to describe this chapter,, page 2 has to be the most gut wrenching read ever,, I dare anyone to say they read it with a dry eye,, in the last 3 chapter you have given us a very clear view into a life consumed by addiction, the self centerness and the slow decent into hopelessness, it's been a very powerful read. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but lately the sex has taken a back seat to the story and I haven't missed it, other then the last scene, which has now become my favorite of all time.

Now after this chapter, we all know that there can only be ONE acceptable ending to this story,, not sure how you are going to get us there in only two chapters but can't wait to find out.

This chapter featured the story of my female characters last days as an addict and the humiliation, degradation, and helpless despair she suffered. The sex scene of which the commenter speaks of was difficult to write.

The character was in a word disgusting. emaciated, track marks on her arms cold sores, rashes . yet when she is desperate for a fix and has the shakes the male lead takes her and makes love to her. This was not one of my hardcore S&M scenes I'm more known for, but a tender loving moment. Was really unsure if I could hit it right, but this guy seemed to think so.

1) yes he is paranoid but you need to add delusional in there as well.

2) This is not about the above paranoia, but more about the endless ego of someone who thinks he is worth a campaign against.

But two I remember was on the same story. One woman told me she cried for hours after reading my story, and the other person said if it were a play, the audience would be shouting author, author.
It's great when people give you praise like that, it offsets all the crap we get.

I have received a lot of bad comments, very true. I will leave up a bad review unless it attacks me personally, then I remove it.
I just one like that calling me pencil dick, ass hole, and other superlatives. It's funny, those kid of comments always come from people who have zero stories posted.

You've inspired a love hate reaction. You frustrate him because they are not doing what he thinks they should, but yet he cannot keep coming back for more. It's like watching a train wreck. I would take it as a compliment.

While The Peripheral Cocksucker has garnered the lion's share of praise, responses to some of my other stuff has given me a few pleasant surprises.

I received this feedback for Next Year's Model, even though the story wasn't complete: Clearly you don't believe in happy endings only pain. I'm stopping reading you stories if that's the sort of tale you deliver to your reader. Ill leave you alone like you've left your character. Good bye.

Granted, this story is in the Loving Wives section so I expect to receive nasty and vile comments now and then. However, for the poster to claim I have no writing skills whatsoever and then admitting to skipping most of the story made me bark with laughter and shake my head in wonder.
